Setna iO has acquired a B757-300 airframe, which will be disassembled at ecube Solutions. The aircraft is the fourth Boeing 757 SETNA has torn down in 2026.
Recovered components will move through SETNA’s integrated network as used serviceable material, supporting 757 operators and other Boeing platforms globally.
“Marking the fourth Boeing 757 SETNA has torn down in 2026 alone, this acquisition further signals how ageing technology remains a critical part of the global fleet. These aircraft continue to provide significant value to the industry through USM, supporting 757s and other Boeing platforms globally,” said Tom Boulcott, Partner and Chief Strategy Officer.
“Each 757 teardown strengthens our inventory and deepens our understanding of the platform, allowing us to better anticipate and support the evolving needs of our customers. A huge thank you to our counterparties, whose continued trust and support made this transaction possible.”
