Setna iO has acquired four A320-200 airframes previously operated by Spirit Airlines. All four aircraft were manufactured in 2010 and will be disassembled in Goodyear, Arizona.

The airframes are fitted with highly upgraded internal rotables and flight control surfaces. Recovered components will move through SETNA’s integrated network as used serviceable material, supporting A320 family operators, lessors, and MROs globally.

“Four airframes with this level of upgraded material add real depth to our A320 inventory,” said Hunter Edens, Partner and Chief Commercial Officer. “This acquisition puts us in a strong position to meet demand from our customers worldwide.”
